The Crust:In a 9 x 13 pan cream
together 1 cup plain flour, 1 stick margarine, 1 cup chopped
nuts. Press into dish or pan and bake at 350 until light brown.

Layer One : Mix together 8oz package
cream cheese, 1 cup 10x sugar, 1/2 large container cool whip.
Spread on crust.
Layer Two: Mix and prepare one large
package instant chocolate pudding as directed. Let set in
fridge 20 minutes. Pour this over
the cream cheese mixture.
Layer Three: Spread remaining 1/2
container cool whip on top.
Layer Four: Grate a Chocolate
Hershey bar on top.
